Does your Yii application use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for sending email? If so you can use this extension to process "feedback notifications" such as email bounces and email complaints and convert them into Yii events. What you do with the event is up to you, for example you might choose to deactivate the user if you see their email bounces for 10 days in a row.
